CenterPointe Marine's In-Pursuit of Salmon Fishing Derby
The Inaugural "Pursuit of Salmon Fishing Derby" at CenterPointe Marina in Sturgeon Bay!
CenterPointe Marine is excited to announce the inaugural Pursuit of Salmon Fishing Tournament, taking place Saturday, August 16, 2025, in Sturgeon Bay, WI, in partnership with Pursuit Boats.
Tournament Fishing Hours: 12:00 am - 11:00 am
Weigh-In: 11:15 am
Lunch and Awards: 1:00 pm at CenterPointe Marina
We’re keeping the tournament simple: Each boat is allowed a maximum of six lines and the heaviest salmon caught wins. The winner will receive 50% off 2025 CenterPointe Marine winter storage or 2026 CenterPointe Marina slip, with a consolation prize for the longest fish.
After the weigh-in, stick around at CenterPointe Marina as we’ll be cleaning and cooking up the fresh-caught salmon for everyone to enjoy. We’ll also be announcing the winners and handing out awards, so you won’t want to miss it!
Local guides will be available upon request to share tips on where to fish, assist with driving and netting, and help with gear throughout the day.
